1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 888fe. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by 888fe. You are obligated to keep this information current and up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

888fe operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time determined by 888fe. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 888fe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 888fe username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 888fe will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 888fe support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

888fe accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are processed instantly for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. 888fe does not accept cash deposits, deposits from third-party accounts, or deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been previously used for deposits on your 888fe account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 888fe processes verified withdrawal requests on a same-day basis, typically within one to three hours during business hours. 888fe reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending additional verification checks where deemed necessary.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 888fe reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the available account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

888fe offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• 888fe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Where 888fe has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a promotional offer — including through coordinated betting, hedging, or exploitation of a technical error — 888fe reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and take further action as appropriate.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Betting Rules

888fe's sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, international tournaments, boxing, and other sports markets. The following general betting rules apply to all markets on the 888fe Platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 888fe. 888fe reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has already commenced (where in-play betting is not explicitly offered), where there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds that appear on your confirmed bet slip at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet. 888fe is not responsible for errors or delays in odds display caused by technical issues beyond its control.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified timeframe; the market is suspended prior to the event commencing; a technical error results in materially incorrect odds being offered; or the rules of the relevant sport governing body result in the event being declared void. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake.

6.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For PSL, international cricket, and domestic tournament markets, standard ICC match result rules apply. Where a match is interrupted by weather or other external factors, 888fe settlement rules follow the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. D/L method results are honoured as official results for settlement purposes.

7. Casino Games

• All RNG-based games on 888fe use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Creating or operating more than one 888fe account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 888fe Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, software, game titles, graphical elements, text, data, and interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888fe or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 888fe Platform without prior written authorisation from 888fe.

10. Privacy & Data

888fe collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on 888fe, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 888fe implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect player data. 888fe does not sell personal data to third parties and shares data only where required for payment processing, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through 888fe's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body.
